More than 38 years on the tools in one stretch of coast means we know how these houses are wired, and how the salt air treats them over time. We turn up when we say we will. - Ceiling fans and ventilation. Installed properly, not just screwed into the nearest joist.
- Air conditioning wiring. Dedicated circuits and isolators for split-system and ducted units (Licence L199536).
- Outdoor and garden lighting. Weatherproof fittings built for salt air and coastal exposure.
- Pool and spa electrical. Compliant wiring for pumps, heaters and underwater lighting.
- EV charger installation. Single-phase or three-phase, load-balanced so the rest of the house still works.

We handle the electrical side, wiring, circuits, fault-finding and the power supply to an appliance, but we're not appliance repairers ourselves.
