Which areas do you cover?
We work across the Northern Beaches and lower North Shore, from Palm Beach down to Mosman and Balgowlah. Avalon, Bilgola, Newport, Mona Vale and Belrose are all regular patches for us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're dual-licensed for electrical and air conditioning work, and we carry full public liability and contractor insurance. Every job is done to current AS/NZS standards.
Do you do emergency or after-hours work?
We work Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm, and we aim to get to genuine faults the same business day. We don't run a 24/7 after-hours service. For a life-threatening electrical situation outside those hours, call 000.
Do you charge for a quote?
Quotes for standard electrical work are free. We look at the actual job, explain what we find in plain English, and give you a fixed price before we start.
What does EMR-aware wiring mean?
We consider EMR (electromagnetic radiation) mitigation as the default in how we route and run wiring, not as an add-on. It matters more in homes with young children, and it's an area we're often called in for.
